In the unfortunate event that you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee. You may return your items to us within 14 days from the date of purchase in an unused condition, in all original packaging. You will receive a full refund (less discount/promotion used and postage costs) or a replacement.

Smart Candle are not liable for returns postage cost, unless otherwise agreed.

We however advise that you contact us as soon as possible with any concerns or issues. We will then be able to address this in a prompt and efficient manner.

Unfortunately as the law of averages works, there will be the very rare occurrence of a faulty or damaged item.

Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can look to rectify the problem immediately. A member of the team will always provide the quickest and most appropriate way forward whatever that happens to be for the given situation.
