For domestic small orders these will be shipped predominantly via a Royal Mail service unless chosen or discretion has been applied.
— Our shipping methods are enhanced meaning you will receive email and a text notification
— Parcels and Packages will need to be signed for – this way we can fully track and make sure that all goods get to their intended destination in a prompt and secure manner!
— When it comes to shipping – more often than not we are dealing with fragile items (Wax) which means we take extra care and methods when picking and packing our items.
Orders chosen for Next Day Delivery (and discretionary orders larger in size and weight) – will be shipped via our FedEx service. These parcels will need to be signed for. If a mobile telephone number is provided on your order, text notifications with a status of your order will be texted to you. You will also receive email notifications.
On the day of delivery FedEx will provide a Delivery Confirmation, when they will deliver your parcel
